Parking and Towing Rules – Policies associated with parking policies must be included in the rental document for review and confirmation by the tenant. Any rule that prescribes the towing of vehicles must be specified in the rental agreement in order to inform the tenant of the ownership practice before moving in (§ 8.92.013).
