Check if online banking is disabled for « TD BANK OLD » (or whatever your account name is) Opened my account, TD has made 2 balances and 1 direct debit to my Schwab account for verification. I couldn`t verify this because I couldn`t log in anymore because of the app (and website). This meant visiting or calling a branch. So I went to the nearest branch in Pinehills, Massachusetts, told them I had just opened an account and needed to have it verified so I could get online access (and make a physical deposit of $1,000). Still no access the next day. I called TD Bank and was told I had to go to a physical branch to verify my identity. That`s why I went to a branch yesterday! Especially with Covid, I now have to leave my house 2 days in a row, which should be an unnecessary trip. The two stars of the app are because I set up the account, created a username and password that worked for about 3 days, but suddenly became unusable without notification or explanation. « Reset password » and « Login forgotten » also did not trigger any email action.
